How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the truck, rather than time alone. Heavy materials such as concrete, tile, or dirt may be priced separately. Single heavy-item pickups in Pinellas County have an $89 minimum. First-time customers receive an additional $15 off their first service. You get a free, upfront quote before we begin.
How soon can you pick up?
Same-day and next-day appointments may be available when the schedule allows. Call or text for the earliest open pickup window.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If we can safely access the items—such as through an open garage, a side gate, or arrangements with a property manager—we can handle the pickup and text a photo when it’s done. Confirm access with us when booking.
Do I need to bring everything to the curb?
No. Leave the items where they are and tell us about stairs, attic access, or anything behind a shed. We handle the lifting and loading.
Can you take just one item?
Yes. A single couch, refrigerator, mattress, or another bulky item is welcome. Include it in your quote request.
What if I have more items on pickup day?
We’ll quote the additional items before loading them so you can agree to the updated price first.
What can’t you take?
Paint and illegal items are excluded. We also cannot accept solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, fuel, oil, asbestos, hazardous materials, or medical and biohazard waste. Text a photo if you’re unsure.
What happens to the items you remove?
Usable items are donated when we can find them a home. Other items go to appropriate county disposal and recycling facilities.
Do you offer moving or delivery?
Yes. We offer local moves, loading and unloading, and single-item pickup and delivery within our service area. Include pickup and drop-off details in your request.
